- 150 adult minimum for all Saturday events.
- 20% discount for 501(c)3 organizations
- Ceremony fee is an additional $250

The Barn is truly unique in the fact that our clients do not have to worry about all of those additional costs! Within our menu package pricing, we include china, flatware, glassware, table linen, and polyester napkins for your event.

CUSTOM REQUESTS
- Power: 100 amps included. Additional power may be rented.
- 4’x4’ stage deck rental $40 (up to 28 decks), which can be configured in various sizes and heights; skirting and carpet available
- 16’ x 9’ digital projector and screen may be rented. Projector technician must be hired by Loveless Events.
- Basic sound system (1 microphone, speakers and a soundboard), sound tech and lighting may be rented.
- Sound technician: starts at $50/hr with a 5 hour minimum
- Basic stage lighting wash: $400
- 22’ scissor lift rental $75 (with provided COI)
- On-site green room with private restroom available
