LOVELESS BARN RENTAL RATES

  • A signed contract is required to confirm your venue rental. Vendors and clients will gain access to the space at the contract start time and tables, chairs, and linens will be ready. Vendors and clients must have all items loaded out by contract end time.
  • Loveless Events Catering is the exclusive catering and beverage vendor for The Barn and The Harpeth Room.
  • 23% Operational Fee and Tennessee state taxes applied to all food, beverage, and labor.
  • 25% Operational Fee applied to Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.
  • All events must end by 11:00 pm.
  • 150 adult minimum for all Saturday events.
  • Includes five hours of event time.

ITEM DESCRIPTION

The Barn is truly unique in the fact that our clients do not have to worry about all of those additional costs! Within our menu package pricing, we include china, flatware, glassware, table linen, and polyester napkins for your event.

WhAT'S INCLUDED

  • We provide farm tables and 72-inch round tables for your guest seating as well as linens for the 72-inch tables for up to 23 guests. As well as your food and beverage stations and up to 5 additional tables (cocktail tables, cake, DJ, etc.). If more than 5 additional tables are needed, tables are included, but linens are offered at an additional cost.
  • Flatware, glassware, china, linen, and a five hour event are included. Events can be extended for $500 per hour.

**We can supply (15) 30-inch round tables that can be high or low.

CUSTOM REQUESTS

  • Power: 100 amps included. Additional power may be rented.
  • 16’ x 9’ digital projector and screen may be rented. Projector technician must be hired by Loveless Events.
  • Basic sound system (1 microphone, speakers and a soundboard), sound tech and lighting may be rented.
  • Sound technician: starts at $50/hr with a 5 hour minimum
  • Basic stage lighting wash: $400
  • 22’ scissor lift rental $75 (with provided COI)
  • On-site green room with private restroom available

The Barn was designed and built to accommodate many types of events including those with detailed technical production requirements. From large-scale concerts to business meetings or even an elegant wedding, this venue is versatile!
